WHAT WE INSPECT AND WHY?

During a mold inspection, our comprehensive approach ensures that we inspect a wide range of areas and components within a property. We understand that mold can thrive in various environments and can often go unnoticed, posing potential health risks and structural concerns. That's why we leave no stone unturned when it comes to examining potential mold growth and identifying its sources.

Our inspection process includes a thorough examination of visible mold growth, moisture-prone areas such as basements, crawl spaces, and bathrooms, as well as HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures, and ventilation systems. We also assess areas with a history of water intrusion, such as roofs, windows, and foundations.

By inspecting these areas and more, we can gain a comprehensive understanding of the extent of mold presence, identify the underlying causes of mold growth, and provide tailored recommendations for effective remediation and prevention. Our goal is to provide our clients with a detailed assessment of the mold situation within their property, arming them with the information they need to take appropriate actions and ensure a healthy living or working environment.

Buying a home is typically the biggest investment you will ever make, so it's important to get a home inspection because the inspector can find and document defects that may or may not be obvious to you as a prospective buyer.  Such defects can range from simple replacements or repairs to severe damage or safety and health concerns.
